Catching Up

When we last left off, Eli was in the middle of Columbus Kidz Week ~ and Wednesday night was family night. Eli hung out with the director kids prior to the hot dog supper

And then during the service the Preschool children went up front and sang! Eli's there on the far left

Eli was THRILLED that on Friday they had inflatables!

We've developed a love for Ice Cream Cones (which, by the way, he sucks the ice cream out of like a milkshake ~ clearly we'll have to practice more!)

We rode our bike for the first time down in the cul de sac. Eli was a little weary of doing so because we've told him so many times he has to be 7 before he can ride in the street. He had fun riding, though, even though it was equator hot with a heat index of Africa

Saturday afternoon we went over to BigMama & Papa's with the hope to swim prior to celebrating Papa's birthday, but it rained and rained. At least there was cake

And then today we celebrated Father's Day with lots of good eating and some golf in the front yard!

And I do believe that catches us up! Eli's hoping for a week filled with swimming. Here's to hoping the rain waits til late afternoon so he can get his fill!
