Tiger Woods

After Eli's nap, he finishes his snack of birthday cake just in time to catch Sudden Death. And my son informs BigMama dat Tiger Woods.

Eli's been All About Golf the entire weekend. Sunday evening? We were all out in the front yard chipping. Except Eli was having None of the plastic club & instead was trying to use one of David's clubs.

So this afternoon, after Eli requested to PleasePleasePlease go to Dick's an Eni can hit dat golf ball we decided to run by a local golf store just to see what the had for children.

The left-handed bit was our downfall because they don't have as many clubs hanging around for lefties - particuarly four year old lefties. But the nicest man in the world that worked there? He took another club and cut it down - gave it to us - and said to let Eli give it a try to see how he likes it before we buy a set of clubs. I told Eli just before we left to go tell the man thank you and he walked right up to the desk and said Thank you bery much for me dat golf club.

Eli alternated between using the club as a microphone, using the club as a guitar and attempting to hit a golf ball. He may not be the next Tiger Woods, but he has some good form.
