A Great Day

Eli had a great day. He started it with a poptart, blanket, Buzz with a spinning top and Noggin - which always equals a great start! We were a little late for school but he was able to sneak in to his seat just before circle time started. Eli managed to stay off redlight at school (woot!) and got the lollipop (that Eni no can like but still he got it!). Afterwards? BigMama had Chee-bugah Macky-roni and peas, which was just HEAVEN in Eli's book. And then he took his nap, went potty (twice!!) and had an Easter cake. So um yeah he was loving it.

We had to run by the post office where he proceeded to insist my name was Baby Jaguar and Eni is Go Diego Go much to the chagrin of all the other patrons standing in line - especially at my insistance that no, as a matter of fact my name is Mommy. We headed home, had some "soup" (brunswick stew) and then? Beloved cupcakes you see pictured (and yes he only ate the icing not the "bread"!). He's still going strong here at 10:15 and I wonder if he's just staying awake because he doesn't want this day full of loves to ever end.
