Twas the night before Christmas

Twas Christmas Eve and all in our hizzle, The Boy was excited - thrilled for Santa for shizzle. The tree was decorated, the cards there on the wall We were hanging out reading since Eli was sickly making us miss Christmas Eve service and all The family did the tradition, a movie and a meal. And Eli opened a gift, which to him was a big deal New jammies for Eli! Of course they are red! He then took Baby Jesus for a joy ride Before "putting de Baby Jesus in a Manger all to bed" We fed the reindeer the glitter and oats Then left cookies & milk for Santa Took a quick shower, and put on our new jammie pant-as (ahem. rhyming difficulties)

And Eli in his bed - they'd all settled in for the long haul not a nap

But I heard me the Monkey's Mom exclaimed as I finished the typing tonight, Merry Christmas to y'all - and to y'all a good night!
