Eli proudly walked out to the car today wearing an owl mask. He promptly informed me he was Eli How-ul and that hey maybe I can be uh how-ul for Halloween cuz you can just buy me a brown shirt and put feathers on it! Um yeah no not feeling it. But the Monkey Boy? He's All About the Owl Mask. Feels pretty certain he'll need to wear it all day tomorrow. And that he might need to wear it to Trey's birthday party Saturday, too. I just told him we'd have to see. Right after I told him I was fairly certain Owl didn't have an "h" in it. He just looked at me like I was crazy. And then told me the How-ul said Hoot.
