Fall Festival Day!

We had a fun filled day today ~ St Luke had their Fall Festival this morning and Morningside had their Fall Festival tonight! Eli said it was a Fall Festival Day! He woke up very excited and we put on his costume. Our original plan for this year was Woody from Toy Story. After not being able to find a yellow shirt, we opted for just a Cowboy. Except for a brief hearty discussion last night where Eli said he no longer liked the movie Toy Story because he loves the movie Cars and wanted to be Lightning McQueen. When I pointed out we didn't have a Lightning McQueen costume, he matter-of-factly stated dat's okay we can go to Target and get one. Nice.

So Cowboy he was. And this year he had a blast playing all the games at St Luke, see?

You can tell he was rocking at picking up chicks what with the way he entertained himself while waiting in lineAfter St Luke (and a quick trip to BigMama's for supper and playing et al visits from Uncle Wesley, Uncle Matthew, Aunt Amber, etc.) Papa dropped Eli off a the church fall festival and even MORE fun was had! Eli was super excited because his "brothers' (our neighbors) Nathyn & Trey came tonight! Failed attempt at a group picture evidenced below

Aside from being psyched and getting to play on multiple inflateables? Eli thoroughly enjoyed this one giant slide that he got to do twice. Photographic proof below
