Popcorn and Scarecrows

Today we were walking to his STEPs class & we saw some flowers on the ground. Eli said Yuk mommy - Popcorn! I quickly before he tried to get a taste of it informed him no that's flowers to which he quickly stated Dat's right mommy. Popcorn at Target!

In unrelated news, Eli brought home the cutest craft ever from StLukeSchool. I have it framed and it shall hang with honor! I think Mr Scarecrow is a lot like Eli in that they both put their shoes on the wrong feet! Also you may notice the crayon marking on the right side - Eli informed me make-a de smile so I'm guessing they told him to make a smile and he made it on the paper so then they "helped" with a little hand-over-hand to make the correct smile.

I must say MonkeyBoy totally pushed all my buttons this evening. His performance of ThreeYearOldBoy that took place at Publix was particularly charming, as was the wild abandon with which he ran through our house with his Johnny Stroller while using an outside voice. It was most certainly a night where he looked the sweetest when he finally closed his eyes and was quiet!
