Eli was so excited to be home that he got out of the truck with a huge grin on his face . . .
and promptly ran over to the neighbor's house shouting Hey E-dan! (Ethan)
Eli spent the next 20 minutes taking turns batting while Mr. Eric threw some pitches. Eli even hit them without the tee, including one or two times when he hit the snot out of the ball

Hopefully we'll have another time over Spring Break to play with E-dan!

As someone who was nicknamed "Miss No Eye-Hand Coordination," I am always impressed by a kid's ability to hit a ball with a bat.
