Eli voted with me this morning and then voted again with BigMama later in the morning. He's all voted out. For his first voting trip, he took his fishing hat and his stick horse and made sure he had on his cowboy boots. Quite a sight I assure you. I'm thankful that during our 30-45 minute wait in line he behaved except for laying all over the floor and asking if we were done boating yet. And he got a sticker for his efforts!
I just asked Eli who he "boated" for and he told me this: Obama likes to race and McCain likes to dance. So Obama is going to have his best day and he will win. And Lightning McQueen will win the race so he will beat Obama. And McCain will lose, too.
Long night ahead. Eli says he'll watch Cars instead of voting.
