It's beginning to look a little like Christmas

Eli decorated the tree in his room ~ he chose red lights because my favorite color is RED! and chose to adorn it with red balls because my favorite color is RED! (do we see a theme here?) and I managed to score a few Cars ornaments as well because I LOVE dat movie. I was finally able to encourage him to deviate from the theme a bit with a few different colors, although I freely admit to "helping" with some spacing since the initial decorating? Had all ornaments hanging on the light wires hanging from the tree.

But what I did leave? These three balls hanging closely together - Eli insisted that Rookie (Lightning), Bob (Chick) & Mr. The King had to hang together because dey are race cars and race even on de tree!
