Seriously Obsessed with Safety

The Boy has added to the safety ensemble - a glove and stick. See, he's terrified of wasps and bees - and they've taken up residence in our front yard. More specific, they are residing On Our Front Door. So Eli is very afraid when out in the front yard and feels he best Be Prepared. I keep assuring him they will leave him alone if he'll just leave them alone but he thinks I'm just doing the whole Mommy thing and Telling Him Something Just To Tell Him Something. I hesitate to think when he can possible add tomorrow - hazmat boots? Goggles? We'll just have to see. And in the meantime, any cures for wasps please pass along - for sanity's sake!
