So.Much.Fun.

Last-minute playdate this evening at McDonald's with RandolFosterMarionBabyWill (as Eli would say). I do not hesitate to admit what a sanity saver it was for me. Long day of traveling and working with a long night staring me in the face as my husband worked to help someone move? Coupled with the Monkey Boy whining up a STORM and my lack of patience in dealing with it? Yeah. Total sanity saver.

Don't get me wrong ~ Eli was BEYOND excited and thought this was the Greatest Idea Ever that he could combine his love for Foster & Randol with his love of McDonald's chicken! He quickly got over his hissy fit in the car that took place when we didn't turn down the road to Marion's house - because don't think he didn't start pitching one when he thought he wasn't going to get to see them!

McDonald's was fun, albeit a bunch of squeling children running all over creation! Then we opted to go play at Marion's house for a bit, where despite Eli having a cow & not sharing, it was nice to just chill. Even got to hold sweet Baby Will which is always a nice way to spend an evening!

Eli LOVES Marion's house. He and Foster run around and act like boys rolling around on the floor. Eli thinks it is Way Fun to play with Randol, too, and they had a blast playing ball in the hall. And then the horse - Eli thinks the horse is the Coolest Thing In The World. He even remained calm when I held Will, walking up and 'tickle-tickle-tickle'ing' Baby Will's feet.

No surprise RandolFosterMarionBabyWill&MisterWesley were in the Thank You God's tonight! A most excellent way to spend our Monday evening. Wish all weeknights could be that fun!
