Not Beyond Bribery

Eli went home from church with BigMama & Papa ~ primarily to give me the mommy a tiny break. What we didn't count on was Eli wanting to spend the night.

I informed him it was time to go - he informed me "Bye Mommy"

I waited a bit and said let's go home - he said he wanted to stay and go night-night in Papa's bed

He'd already gotten a Big Mama Suh-pri-ize ~ Cars pillowcase! Cars plate/bowl/cup! Cars shirt!

So I told him we'd go home. See Millie. Jump on the tramopline. And help daddy cut grass.

I think I sold him when I threw in the helping daddy. Plus he was already sporting his new Cars shirt so it was another banner afternoon for the Monkey Boy. Now if we can just get rid of the tummy woes . . .
