Big Time at Sunday School

On the way to church this morning, I handed Eli his dollar and said, "This is your offering" to which he replied "mommy dat's not hofferin dat's money" Yeah he has a point.


We learned about King David in the first hour - and for the craft we made crowns. Eli promptly deemed it "Eni's King" and he, along with the entire class, donned their "kings" for snacktime.


I will say second hour continues to be a bit tougher for Eli adjusting to a second teacher. He spent part of storytime in the rabbit hole much to my dismay. I'm hopeful he will get better with time just like last year.


And in even better news? He's actually napping. Here on the couch and not his bed. But at least he's napping, right?
